MDG's proprietary tele-interviewing system, TIARA, incorporates state of the art recording software to produce call files which are stored at case level along with the transcript, for ease of access.

Calls can be audited for quality and training purposes either by MDG or the client. Bespoke scripts are produced for every client to reflect individual insurer policy.

TIARA supports both Big T: very detailed interviews covering all risk-related questions; and Little T: interviews to gather additional information on specific disclosures.
